- Organizers reserve the right of admission, even to valid ticket holders for reasons of security and any other reasons in its sole discretion.
- Billed attractions may be subject to change.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Please bring any one of your identity cards for verification purposes. If not, entry will not be allowed.
- Guests found in possession or usage of narcotics and/or any illegal substance will not be permitted inside the Venue. Open cigarette packets will also not be permitted. Only sealed cigarette packets will be allowed.
- Outside food & beverages will not be permitted inside the Venue.
- Professional/GoPro Cameras and Drones will not be permitted inside the Venue.
- Entry for Kids below 5 years is complimentary. Tickets are mandatory for Kids above the age of 5. Ticket rates for above 15 years are actual rates as per pricing.
- Kids below 15 years should be accompanied by adults. Guests are responsible for their Kids to not let them consume any alcoholic beverages. Organizers shall not be responsible for the safety of the Kids you accompany during the event.
- Dress Code for Men: Men must wear shoes. Sandals and three-quarter pants will not be permitted.
- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation aside from other remedies/recourse (civil and/or criminal) that the Organizer may have in law or otherwise.
- Storage facilities for bags, helmets and other items are not provided. Guests are requested to find alternatives for their belongings.
- Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the guest or their kids may incur at or around the Event.
- Organizers reserve the right to randomly check guests for payment receipts and wristbands.
- Guests need to ensure not to lose/damage their wristbands and wear it throughout their presence inside the Venue. In case wristbands are lost/stolen/damaged, no replacements shall be issued.
- Re-entry during the event will not be permitted.
- Guests are requested to avoid engaging in disruptive behaviours.
- We recommend that you arrive at the venue on time for a seamless entry.
- Organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on guests at the entry point of the Venue for security reasons or within the premises of the Venue and on denial for any reason have the right to ask Guests to leave Venue.
- The laws of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the courts of Chennai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
